Terms and Conditions for Mindset and Human Design Coaching
1. Acceptance of Terms
By participating in the coaching sessions, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from joining the program.
2. Coaching Relationship
The coaching relationship is a partnership for personal development. The coach will provide guidance and support; however, the success of the program depends on your commitment and effort.
3. Confidentiality
All personal information and coaching insights will be kept confidential. The coach will not disclose any information without your consent unless required by law.
4. Liability Disclaimer
Coaching is not a replacement for professional mental health services. The coach is not liable for any decisions or actions taken based on coaching sessions. By participating, you acknowledge this disclaimer.
5. Payment and Cancellation
Payments for coaching sessions are due in advance. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees.
6. Modifications to Services
The coach reserves the right to modify or discontinue any coaching services with prior notice. Continued participation indicates acceptance of these changes.
7. Refunds
Refunds will not be issued once course content and/or any other bonus material has been accessed, and/or human design reading and chart have been made available, and/or any sessions have taken place. All sales are considered final. Temporary pauses in services will be considered on a case by case basis, if deemed necessary.
8. SMS Messaging Agreement
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from Joyful Journeys With Jo. The types of messages you will receive include:
- Promotional Messages: Information about products, services, and special offers.
- Announcements: Updates related to our services, events, or important changes.
- Educational Materials: Tips, resources, and content aimed at enhancing your knowledge and engagement.
To opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time, simply reply “STOP” to any text message you receive from us. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
9. Carrier Liability Disclaimer
Joyful Journeys With Jo is not liable for any delays, failures, or errors in the transmission of SMS messages that are beyond our control.
10. Age Restriction for services and opt-in services is 18 years.
